Life can be a lot to navigate- especially when you're trying to be present while carrying the weight of the past and managing everything life throws your way. Whether it's relationships, family, school, work, day-to-day stress, or a combination of it all, it can feel super overwhelming. I am here to help as we will collaborate in a safe, supportive, judgment-free zone to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work at your pace to better understand what’s going on and find a path forward that feels right for you.

I take a flexible, multidimensional approach to therapy so I can best support your unique needs. I'm trained in DBT and often work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, intense emotions, relationship challenges, and struggles related to sports performance. I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings with people from all walks of life. At the heart of my work is a passion for meeting you where you are, building a space of trust, and helping you move toward living a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your goals.

Some more information about me!

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University in May 2025. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my two dogs: Edward, a playful basset hound, and Shea, an English lab who loves carrots. I also stay active by playing sports like soccer and pickleball, trying new activities, and unwinding with the latest reality TV shows. My passion for soccer began in high school and continued through college, and I even spent a year playing professionally in an indoor soccer league.
