FAQ: Gain Clarity about Clear Creek Counseling
-
We offer individual counseling for children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
-
Clear Creek Counseling is in network with most BCBS and Aetna plans. We’re an exclusive BCBS Home Novant provider organization. We also have a few select counselors who are in network with UHC and Medicare.
-
When using insurance for therapy payment, in-network benefits means that your provider is in-network with your insurance plan and all or a portion of the cost will be paid by the insurance company once your deductible is met. Out of network means the provider is not in your insurance network and you will have to pay out of pocket for the sessions. Sometimes, insurance plans will reimburse or include out of pocket payments toward your deductible, but this is something you would have to discuss with your insurance provider. We can check you insurance and let you know if we’re in-network with your plan.
-
Besides the insurance plans we’re in network with, we also accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, checks, and cash for payment.
-

-
During the consultation, you will be asked to provide full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. The counselor will set up a client account in the electronic health record system where you will upload your insurance information as well as sign consent forms and provide emergency contact information. You will also be asked to complete some preliminary mental health self report assessments alongside the other forms.
-
There are several ways to schedule an appointment at Clear Creek Counseling. You can call or email your individual counselor. We also have a “Schedule a Consultation” button by the navigation bar at the top of the page where you can complete a form, leaving your name and telephone number to be contacted by a member of our team. Lastly, current and returning clients can reach out from their client account to request appointments.
