Clients & Treatment Methods

As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, Abigail specializes in supporting individuals through a range of challenges, including: depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, life transitions, relationship challenges & attachment styles, self esteem & confidence, and women’s issues.

She works with teens, young adults, and adults by helping each individual navigate their unique challenges while providing the tools necessary to improve overall wellbeing.

Abigail believes in a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to the client’s personal needs. She draws from a range of techniques, including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Eye-Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She will work with you to address both the root causes and symptoms of your concerns.

Together, you’ll focus on managing your mental health while also exploring how the mind & body connect and impact one another, empowering you to develop new insights and coping strategies for lasting change.

Personal Interests

When Abigail is not in session, she enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund and staying active through cycle classes.

She loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and trying out new coffee shops with friends. Abigail believes in the importance of self-care and maintaining balance in life. She not only brings this philosophy into her work with clients, but she practices it for herself as well.
