Clients & Treatment Methods

Sick and tired of feeling stuck, alone, and overwhelmed in life but unsure where to turn? Life can be hard, fast moving and demanding, unfair even. It can leave you feeling broken. And when you’re left to pick up the pieces on your own, it only leads to more exhaustion and loneliness.

It doesn’t have to be that way: Jessica is here to help.

She works with several types of therapies to help clients, including: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Jessica is also trained in EMDR for traumatic stress & PTSD.

She enjoys working with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and anger.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, you can find Jessica spending time with her Yorkies, Chloe and Joey, and her husband, Ben.

She loves being crafty, listening to music, and spending time outside. Her favorite season to enjoy the outdoors is in the Fall.
